PTSD Frequencies
I am using the PTSD vibroacoustic frequencies CD you gave me with EXCELLENT results! The massage in the neck, shoulders and lower back is outstanding! The level of de-stressing and relaxation is so profound that I always lose consciousness before the end of the CD and awaken during the next CD on the changer! When I am not on the table and I feel stressed, I often catch myself and drop down into the memory of how good I feel when I am experiencing the CD and my stress goes way down and I feel much, much better! -
