Shipping & Return Information
Custom-Built Sound Tables
Each InnerSoulutions Sound Table and Chair is handcrafted to order. Production and shipping times vary based on our current queue.
- Liquid & Stationary Sound Tables: 8–10 weeks
- Folding Sound Tables: 4–6 weeks
- Sound Chairs: 4–5 weeks
When you place your order, we’ll provide an estimated completion date based on the current build schedule.
Shipping Within the United States
Shipping is included for orders delivered within the continental U.S., unless otherwise stated.
Tables are securely palleted and shipped via freight. Standard freight service includes curbside delivery—the carrier brings the palleted table to your curb or driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the product from curbside into the final location.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
We regularly ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and international destinations. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote and transit time estimate.

Receiving Your Shipment
- Inspection at delivery: Please inspect pallets and packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
- If damaged: Note any visible damage on the bill of lading, take photos, and notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim and resolution.
Returns & Cancellations
Because every unit is custom built, returns or cancellations after production begins are not accepted.
If your table arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
